About The Event
In collaboration with the University of Sulaimani, Vim Foundation, and Frontier Partners International, Elite Academy delivered a series of impactful capacity-building and youth development trainings in April 2024.
Led by Dr. Charles V. Lamento, an international human rights lawyer and UN representative, the programs included:
A Training of Trainers (TOT) Program
for educators and community leaders, focusing on ethical leadership, global citizenship, and justice-based education.
An Essential Soft Skills & Youth Leadership Workshop
for university students, covering communication, self-confidence, teamwork, decision-making, and goal-setting.
A Community-Based Soft Skills Training
held at Vim Foundation, designed to broaden access for youth and professionals from the wider community.
